(districts de Kompong Thom, Preah Vihear, Siem Reap, Bantehay Meanchey). L’offensive réussit. Les KR sont ramenés dans les portions de territoires qu’ils occupaient avant la signature des accords de Paris de 1991. Le gouvernement cambodgien contrôle désormais  une partie importante du territoire frontalier avec la Thaïlande.
